- Winter (Nov-Feb) from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm daily

Cancellation policy
The attraction does not give refunds however date and time changes are permitted if made 48 hours before your visit. Changes are not automatic and dependent on the ticket availability of the attraction at the time of the request.

When will I receive my tickets?
They’ll arrive at the email address specified anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of minutes after purchase.

Do I have to arrive right at the time and date shown on the ticket?
Yes, in general you’ll need to though there is usually about 15 minutes courtesy to be let in during your time slot. Be prompt.

Yes, you will not have to print anything.

Once I've purchased the tickets can I make any changes or get a refund?
It’s possible to change your visit date up until 48 hours before your ticket. There are no refunds permitted.

Is the space adapt for people with limited mobility?
Yes, there are elevators and wheelchair ramps available at request. The entrance for guests in wheelchairs is at Avenida de la Catedral 4 (via the gift shop).

Yes, but they need to have a muzzle.
