Cancellation policy

If cancellation is initiated with 24 hours notice a 100% refund will be awarded. If 24 hours notice is not given the entire price will be debited from your card.

    Yes.

  • Can I drive a higher cc bike with my basic driver's license?

    Only the 400cc 3-wheel bike.

  • Can I use the bike outside of Barcelona?

    Yes but only within a 100 km radius.

  • Can 2 people ride on the bike?

    Yes.

  • Do I need to leave a deposit for the bike?

    Yes, and the deposit depends on the quality/speed of the bike.

  • Do I need a credit card to book?

    No, you can pay with debit cards, prepaid cards, or cash.

  • Is Cooltra trustworthy?

    It has the highest rating on Tripadvisor so it definitely is!

  • Can I leave the bike parked in the street at night?

    Yes, no problem.

  • Can I park anywhere?

    No, only in the areas specifically designated for scooters and motorcycles or on sidewalks that are wider than 3 meters (unless otherwise indicated).

  • What happens if I get fined?

    You’ll have to pay it! If the fine arrives directly to Cooltra it could be added to the bill.

  • Is insurance included?

    Yes, theft and fire.

  • How many miles can I rack up?

    Unlimited.
